Participants should pay 100 Euros for paper submission and should pay 50 Euros for each additional paper. Presenting authors and attendees are subject to the payment in order to attend the meeting. All sessions and events are open only to registered participants. The registration fee covers the following items during the meeting between May 29th-31st, 2017:
- Admission to the Sessions,
- Congress Bag (with promotional contents)
- Paper Presentation,
- Printed copy of the Meeting Programme,
- Certificate of Oral-paper / poster Presentation or Certificate of Attendance
- Proceedings Book (with ISBN),
- Coffee Breaks,
- Lunches (3 days).
Registration fee does not cover accommodation and transportation.
Cancellation Policy:
No refund will be given for cancellations received after March 01, 2017.
